Demetra Trading is a Russian wheat flour supplier to industrial bakeries, pasta plants and regional distributors. We align milling streams to bread (top), all-purpose (1st) and pastry (2nd) style grades with defined ash, wet gluten and falling number bands so your dough times, water absorption and finished product texture stay within specification lot to lot. Certificates of analysis, food safety dossiers and phytosanitary paperwork follow destination requirements.

Packaging includes 25/50 kg paper or polypropylene sacks, 500–1,000 kg jumbo bags and bulk road tanker or food-grade sea bulk where berth and line-up support flour handling. Private-label bag artwork and language variants can be pre-agreed for distributor programs. FOB is quoted from Black Sea and Baltic load points; CIF to named discharge and DAF to agreed borders are available when the commercial package includes freight, insurance and import formalities in scope.
